This workshop shares our Productivity Ninja® approach to chairing meetings. We set out the tools and techniques to become a brilliant chair. We ensure that senior leaders, and less experienced meeting organizers, can chair confidently. Our aim is to help your teams make the most of any time spent in meetings.
In this practical workshop participants get to experience some of the challenges. They practice how to handle the trickiest of situations, whilst keeping everyone focused on the end goal.
